What a check does
- Reads the tender’s returnable-documents list and its eligibility clauses
- Checks each one against your company details and the documents on your profile
- Quotes the words in the tender that impose it, with the page number
- Tells you what to do about each problem, and roughly how long it takes
- Flags anything expiring before the closing date
- Says plainly which pages were scans, so you can read those yourself
What it does not do
- It does not tell you whether to bid. Eligibility and capacity are your judgement.
- It does not price your work or say whether your price is competitive.
- It does not replace the tender document, which is always the authority on what it asks for.
- It does not guarantee an outcome. It finds paperwork problems; it cannot find every one.
The bidding forms are included
Every plan fills the SBD forms a department asks for, or the MBD forms a municipality asks for, from your company profile — flattened and print-ready, with the sworn affidavit where your profile says one applies. A department may insist on its own copies of the forms, so each pack also carries a Field Answer Sheet: every value keyed by form and clause, which works whatever layout they send you.
